I hope everyone's following precautions, staying safe, and lending a hand where you can. I opened a topic on our discussion forum for anyone who wants to share news (news, not rumors; please be responsible), seek advice, or just talk to someone about how things are going.

I'm sure it's obvious, but everything on our events page should be considered tentative pending further updates. In particular, I don't imagine the cruises will be happening. We've reached out to the organizers and will take them down if we get confirmation. I hope we can all get together again soon, but let's do what we need to do in the meantime to make sure we're still here when the time comes.

I've created three membership levels and will work to delineate them further, but I appreciate your patience as I work out the kinks in integrating Patreon to our site and providing rewards to those of you who can afford to contribute. ☺️ Our new setup here is significantly more expensive than what sfpix.net required, so I'm grateful to anyone who can chip in and keep us going for everyone in the older gay community.

As an aside for what's on everyone's minds: Our hearts go out to everyone affected by COVID-19, which now includes almost everyone in the world. For those of us who are older or who have the luck to live with someone older, it's especially worrisome – I fret and obsess each time I go to the grocery store that I'll to bring the virus home to my partner. Please be safe, and let's look forward to happier days when we can gather...

At the bottom of every page on the site, you'll now find comments other members have posted about the page, or a link to start a discussion if no one has commented yet.

I'm imagining people using this to:

• Share more information about upcoming events
• Give reviews or updates about Older Gay places
• Find out more about specific pictures
• Share their enthusiasm for stories they love
• And more

I hope this will keep the site lively and up-to-date. I only ask this, as always: Please, please remember to be kind. Especially with any comments you post under another member's profile page. We'll keep an eye on how things are going, and we'll remove any nastiness. Be good to one another, and make our job easy. 🙂

My apologies to those who were hit by our first spammer account today. I hadn't expected we'd have this annoyance so soon. I'm cleaning it up and will start working on limiting the ability of members to spam other members and adding the ability to flag a conversation if someone gets through.
